| | Our SDSL connection was interrupted for a full week. Turns out that there was water damage done to the actual wiring of our circuit. Ameritech had to come out and replace wires in our neighborhood CO. My deepest apologies to everyone about this outage.

| | Speakeasy suffered an outage in their Chicago POP (Point of Presence), we were without connectivity from 5am - 11:50am.

| | We suffered a power outage from 9:15am-12:15pm on Tuesday, April 10th, this was an unexpected power outage from ComEd. Morale and uptime will never be the same.

| | We experienced a connectivity outage from 5am-8am on Monday April 9th, caused by our SDSL router being fried. Luckily, we had an *extra* SDSL router lying around, and were able to quickly fix the problem. However, we are all out of spare oxen yokes now.
